The company plans to use Kinexys for dollar transfers between its subsidiaries in Singapore, London, and New York. Mitsubishi's treasurer, Kazuyoshi Kawakami, emphasized that the system will improve liquidity management and enhance resilience during periods of market stress. The main advantage for Mitsubishi is the elimination of dependence on banking hours.
Through collaboration with major companies, JPMorgan aims to increase the daily transaction volume of Kinexys from $7 billion to $10 billion. Since its launch in 2020, the platform has processed transactions worth $3 trillion. JPMorgan also plans to launch the Kinexys Fund Flow tokenization platform in 2026, focusing on private lending and real estate.
