Their fund has already accumulated 650.8 BTC ($46.9 million). Altogether, through BTC-ETFs, 6.4% of the coin's supply ($93.2 billion) is owned. However, the main threat to BTC remains the 6.5 million BTC ($472.5 billion) vulnerable to quantum attacks. StarkWare proposed increasing the computational power for large BTC transactions. This would make them quantum-resistant without the need for a soft fork. However, transactions would cost from $75 to $150, serving as a temporary solution until a general fork.
